Product description
It evens out substrates in the range of 3-30 mm - both when the substrate has only localised irregularities and when the entire substrate is made with a slight slope.
Raises the floor level throughout the room - for example, when it is necessary to level two adjacent rooms.
Can be used in dry areas - in living rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, offices, corridors, waiting rooms, etc.
It can be used in rooms with high humidity, such as domestic bathrooms.
Recommended as a subfloor for carpets in offices, kindergartens, schools, flats, etc. because of the smooth surface it creates and its fine aggregate - Due to the smooth surface it creates and the fine aggregate.
Recommended for levelling the surface of existing heating, cement and anhydrite subfloors - where the unevenness of the subfloor prevents the final cladding and an additional thin layer of material needs to be applied.
Types of finishes - tiles, PVC, carpet, laminate, parquet, epoxy flooring.
Types of arrangements that can be created:
- bonded to the substrate - thickness 3-30 mm - good quality concrete, cement subfloor (with or without underfloor heating), terrazzo.
Properties
ATLAS SMS 30 is produced in the form of a dry mix, made on a cement base.
It has excellent flow properties - it allows a horizontal and smooth surface to be obtained even in large rooms without the need for guide strips and patching. and smooth surface, even in large rooms, without the need for guide strips or patching.
Fast-performing - rapid strength build-up allows foot traffic as early as 3 hours after screed application.
    Compressive strength ≥ 30 N/mm².
    Bending strength ≥ 7 N/mm².
It is suitable for manual or machine application - it can be easily and quickly applied both manually and with machines equipped with auger pumps, thus achieving high efficiency.
It has very low linear shrinkage - minimal linear changes in the screed during setting (≤ 0.6 mm/mb) reduce the possibility of cracking and separation from weak substrates (low cohesiveness).
Main parameters
  • Compressive strength: ≥ 30.0 N/mm².
  • Flexural strength: ≥ 7.0 N/mm².

  • Consumption:
Average consumption is 16,5 kg of mortar for 1 m²/10 mm layer thickness.
