• Protects porous surfaces - which can become structurally soiled.
• Facilitates cleanliness - thanks to its high penetration capacity, it penetrates into the top layer of tiles and grout while forming a durable protective coating on their surface.

Properties
- It is colourless - when dry it enhances the colour of the substrate.
